Advertising & Complimentary Space Policy

Purpose
Guidelines for complimentary advertising and/or event space within the mall.

Eligibility

  • Newly opened stores in the mall

  • Annual promotions or events directly linked to a mall store

Requirements
Advertising or event content must meet at least one of the following:

  • Clearly reference the mall name

  • Include store information (name, opening promo, location)

  • Directly relate to products or services offered by the store

Non-Eligible Content

  • Generic/nationwide promotions unrelated to the mall or store

  • Materials that omit reference to the mall or store

  • Campaigns intended for general nationwide use without mall connection

Complimentary Space Terms

  • Allocation is subject to availability and management approval

  • Space is for specific approved use only; cannot be transferred or sub-leased

  • Store is responsible for setup, safety, and removal

  • Extra requirements (electricity, furniture, equipment) may incur charges

  • Management may relocate, reduce, or cancel space if operational needs arise

Approval Process

  • Submit advertising materials, marketing plan, and/or space request to mall management

  • Management may approve, reject, or request revisions

Final Decision
All decisions by mall management regarding advertising and complimentary space are final
